V12 Integrations is a trade name of SVJ TECH LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("V12 Integrations," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through v12integrations.com, our forms, calls, email and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you give us. When you request an intro call or contact us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, company website, team size, revenue range, business goals and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Calls and meetings. With your knowledge at the start of the call, we may record and transcribe video calls so we can take accurate notes and follow up properly.
- Public business information. Before a call, we may review your company's public website and other public sources so we come prepared.
- Website usage. We use privacy-focused analytics that count visits without advertising cookies or tracking you across other sites.
How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for and follow up on calls you request.
- To deliver, support and bill for services you engage us for.
- To send the emails and text messages you have agreed to receive.
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business on our behalf, such as our CRM and scheduling provider, our email and calendar provider, our text-messaging provider, website hosting, and AI services that process call notes for us. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the text-message consent box on our form, we will text you at the number you provide about your intro call and your work with V12 Integrations, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, and follow-ups to your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a call or buying any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate business reason to keep it, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use access controls, two-factor authentication and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and tools that need it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
